Marsha is a mother to 2 beautiful children & is happily engaged. She is kwakwaka'wakw from Gwa'sala-Nakwaxda'xw nation. Territorial territory is Smith inlet. Most of her childhood was spent on Tsulquate & she's grateful to have learned a bit of Kwak'awala & some of our cultural dances & artwork. Marsha enjoys incorporating formline art & many other natural elements into her beadwork. The rabbit fur hoop earrings are inspired by the fur on traditional kwakwaka'wakw headdresses & formline art found on the button blanket. Gilakasla!
